Customer Service Agent


Responsibilities:
  • Handle customers and coordinate active creating visitors.
  • Answering a high-volume of incoming phone calls.
  • Delivering world-class service to our customers.
  • Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing.
  • Staff calendars and schedules.
  • Entering accounting data and reports.
Skills:
  • Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Schedule and confirm meetings.
  • Ensure file organization based on office protocol.
Qualifications:
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Must be ( Grad, gap year or drop out)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
